These Terms & Conditions, together with jilliee's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the jilliee platform, form the entire agreement between you and jilliee relating to your use of the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of jilliee following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

jilliee reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jilliee will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification or a prominently displayed notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use jilliee:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of jilliee or any of its affiliated gaming content providers.
• You have not previously had a jilliee account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person.

jilliee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jilliee may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. If jilliee determines, at any time, that a player did not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of registration or at any time thereafter, jilliee reserves the right to void all bets and transactions associated with that account and to refund deposits where practicable, at jilliee's sole discretion.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on jilliee. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. jilliee employs technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent the creation of multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, jilliee reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close all such accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings generated across those accounts.

When registering for a jilliee account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any information becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilliee login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jilliee account that is not used for any other online service.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your jilliee account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jilliee's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

jilliee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs on your jilliee account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified jilliee of a security compromise.

jilliee supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and participating Philippine banks via InstaPay and PESONet, including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and applicable processing timeframes are published on the jilliee Payments page within the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All transactions on jilliee are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jilliee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

jilliee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit characteristics associated with irregular gaming patterns. During any such review, the processing of the affected withdrawal may be delayed. jilliee will endeavour to complete such reviews promptly and to notify the affected player of the outcome.

jilliee offers a range of promotions, bonuses, and a three-tier Perya Loyalty Program (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all jilliee promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered players who have completed the required verification steps.
• Each eligible player may claim each specific promotion only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jilliee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, and to void any bonus or associated winnings where jilliee determines, at its sole discretion, that the promotion has been abused or exploited.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other technical means to exploit promotional offers is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Perya Loyalty Points are awarded at the applicable rate for each game category and tier level. Points expire if your account records no qualifying bet activity for a continuous period of 180 days. jilliee reserves the right to adjust the points earning rate, tier thresholds, or redemption values of the Perya Loyalty Program with 30 days' prior written notice to affected players.

All games available on jilliee are subject to the specific game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game.

jilliee's slot and instant game outcomes are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and audited for statistical randomness and integrity. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of professional dealers in accordance with the rules of each game as displayed in the live dealer interface.

jilliee's published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual play session. Past game results have no bearing on future game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption that affects the outcome of a bet, jilliee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. jilliee will not be liable for any perceived loss of expected winnings as a result of a technical malfunction or game interruption.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilliee and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of any prohibited conduct, jilliee reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account, void all bets and bonuses associated with the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation:

• Registering, operating, or participating in games via a jilliee account using false or fraudulent identity information.
• Participating in, or facilitating, any form of collusion, chip dumping, or other coordinated conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage across multiple accounts.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, bot, or automated system to interact with jilliee games or to exploit any game mechanism.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, error, or misconfiguration in jilliee's platform that results in an unintended game outcome or financial benefit.
• Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name, or otherwise engaging in any form of financial fraud or money laundering through the jilliee platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens jilliee staff, live dealer personnel, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying technology of the jilliee platform.
• Any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act, Cybercrime Prevention Act, or PAGCOR regulations.

All content on the jilliee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface elements, and the compilation and arrangement thereof — is the property of jilliee or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilliee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from jilliee without the prior written consent of jilliee.

jilliee provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players from within their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Wager Limits: Set maximum bet amounts per game session or per individual bet.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your jilliee account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot access your account or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all jilliee gaming services for a minimum period of 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period has elapsed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilliee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute goods or services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jilliee platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

jilliee's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of jilliee shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilliee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilliee will make reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of a platform disruption, but accepts no liability for any losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime.

jilliee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspicious activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• The player's failure to meet eligibility requirements;
• Extended account inactivity (no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Upon closure of a player's account, any verified balance remaining in the account (after the deduction of any bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered Philippine payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to jilliee's anti-money laundering verification requirements.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their jilliee account at any time by contacting the jilliee support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

jilliee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where jilliee makes a material change to these Terms, jilliee will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via the email address associated with their jilliee account, or by means of a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jilliee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your jilliee account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account will not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
